Having owned and run one of the most loved Indian restaurants in Lancashire for the past four years, and fortunate to have been awarded 'Most Welcome Newcomer' at the 'Cobra Beer Good Curry Awards 2007-09' - we have now decided to concentrate our love of Indian food, on building our own unique range of fine restaurant quality, hand made curry sauces and chutneys.

Deep in the beautiful Forest of Bowland there is a place where artisans are busy making food and drink to satisfy your taste desires. This is where we have established a kitchen, within Bashall Barn Farm Shop, near Clitheroe, Lancashire.

This is where Carole Walters produces authentic Indian sauces and chutneys developed with love and the advice and guidance of Pat Chapman, founder of The Curry Club. All our products are on sale within the farm shop and at other good quality farm shops and retail outlets.

We pride ourselves in the taste and quality of our hand made sauces and trust that you will enjoy them too. We will expand our range over time.
